Chris Cheng
Job Position
With 16 years experience between the lending and construction industry, Chris has developed thousands of relationships and funded over $375 million in loans. He has constructed and financed projects in various industries ranging from residential developments, to restaurants, to office build outs, to retail space. His expertise in both residential and commercial construction lending allows him to help ease the construction process for the client as he has the ability to provide guidance from his experience not only on the construction side but from the lending side as well.
